Mares designed the Maximus dive knife to give a classic scuba diver’s knife greater flexibility for a wider range of use.
Its various characteristics mean it can be used as knife with a straight edge, a knife with a serrated-edge, a line cutter and a screwdriver.
The knife is made in 440 stainless steel with a PVD coating to prevent corrosion, making it long lasting.
The knife is 230 mm long, provided with a Cordura sheath with belt loops that allows the diver to easily fix it in place.
